We cut our own parts

Most fab shops send plate work out and wait. We run a CNC fiber laser, a rotary tube chuck and CNC plasma in our own Odessa shop — so your brackets, gussets, base plates and custom components get cut the same week they're drawn.

Three ways that control shows up

Schedule No third-party queue sitting between design and weld-out. We cut it here, when it's needed.

Fit-up Laser-cut parts drop together, so there's less grinding and less rework out in the field.

Change orders A revised part gets re-cut in hours instead of next week. Drawings change; the schedule doesn't have to.

The machine at work

Tube chuck and flat bed running in our Odessa shop — 38 seconds, no sound.

The rotary chuck takes tube and pipe up to 14 in. and cuts it to length, notches it, or puts holes in it without a single layout mark or torch cut.

The flat bed runs plate to 2 in. on the 12 kW fiber source, and our CNC plasma picks up anything heavier. Nothing leaves the yard to get cut.

Laser and plasma work

**4 in. Plate Cutting**Windows and openings cut in client-supplied 4 in. plate — a cut they could not place anywhere else.

**Heavy Plate Cutting**Sections cut to profile out of the client's own 4 in. plate, then palletized for pickup.

**Double-Walled Sump Tank**Top flange, nozzles and lift lug cut on our own fiber laser, then fit and welded.

**Electrical Panel Structures**Flanged roof and flanged legs, coated and staged — shipped ready for the I&E crew to tie in.

**Panel Enclosure for Desert Electric**Enclosure fabricated and coated in our shop, one of a run built for Desert Electric.

**Processed Gas Meter Skid**Fabricated complete in our shop, delivered to the field and tied in by our own crew.
