CNC laser, tube & plasma cutting
8 ft × 20 ft fiber laser to 2" plate, rotary chuck for tube to 14", plasma to 4"+.
Maintenance & repair
Turnaround support, structural repair, equipment rebuilds and flare stack repair support.
We cut our own parts
Most fab shops send plate work out and wait. We run a CNC fiber laser, a rotary tube chuck and CNC plasma in our own Odessa shop.
The rotary chuck takes tube and pipe up to 14 in. and cuts it to length, notches it, or puts holes in it without a single layout mark or torch cut. The flat bed runs plate to 2 in. on the 12 kW fiber source.
Your brackets, gussets, base plates and custom components get cut the same week they're drawn — no third-party queue between design and weld-out.
