Disconnect QuickBooks

You can end the connection between the State of the Arc crew portal and QuickBooks Online at any time. Nothing in your QuickBooks company is deleted when you do.

How to disconnect

Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
Open the Apps section, then My Apps.
Find State of the Arc Portal and choose Disconnect.

What happens next

Our stored access is revoked immediately and cannot be used again.
Invoices already created in QuickBooks stay exactly as they are.
The crew portal keeps working. Approved weeks simply stop being pushed to QuickBooks and can be invoiced by hand instead.
We keep the QuickBooks record identifiers already stored against past weeks, so history stays readable. No financial detail is held outside QuickBooks.

Removing your data
